Guests will join a Behind the Scenes Interpreter for an outdoor tour of the Zoo and festive lanterns before the IllumiNature event starts. End your tour with a hot chocolate beverage from the Kudu Café and a holiday treat, then enjoy the IllumiNature event!

FAMILY OVERNIGHT
Bundle up and get ready for amagical night at the Zoo! As the sun sets, the pathways come alive with dazzling lights and glowing lanterns, transforming the Fresno Chaffee Zoo into a sparkling winter wonderland. Your evening will begin in our Education Grove for dinner and to set up camp. Afterward, you will enjoy an evening filled with wonder while touring Illuminature. During your stroll beneath the twinkling displays, join a lively Zoo Talk to uncover the secrets of our nighttime residents, and create your own keepsake craft to remember the adventure. Your family will wrap up the night with a nighttime snack before cozying up in your tent to sleep under the stars.
In addition to your entry to Illuminature, your overnight experience includes:
