This will confirm that any bidder who attended at least one of the two mandatory job walks will be permitted to bid on this project.  For those bidders who did not attend the second mandatory job walk, please be advised that FCZ imputes to such bidders all knowledge of what a reasonably diligent review of the site at that second mandatory job walk would have revealed and that FCZ will deem non-responsive any bids which contain allowances, contingencies, or qualifications based on the bidder not attending the second mandatory job walk.
